Pardeshi, Petitioner No. 1 present in person ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) P.C. : Pursuant to Order dated 24.04.2025, Petitioners and Kum. Mrunmayee Joshi, Minor was directed to appear before this Authority every year on Second Monday of January and June and this Authority has been directed to report the Hon'ble Court about the welfare of child alongwith statement of income and expenditure with respect to the investments, properties - movable and immovable, referred in Para 11 of the Order of Hon'ble Court as well as how the interest portion has been used for minor's welfare alongwith supporting documents.

Accordingly, this Authority listed the matter on 09.06.2025 and 16.06.2025. On 09.06.2025, this Authority interacted with the minor child and found that she was being well brought up by the Petitioners.

In compliance of the Hon'ble Court's Order, on 16.06.2025, this Authority has directed Petitioner No. 1 to furnish details of expenditure incurred from 11.04.2025 to 13.06.2025 by the Petitioner. Accordingly, by Affidavit dated 30.06.2025, Petitioner No. 1 has furnished Affidavit for details of expenditure towards the minor from 11.04.2025 to 13.06.2025. The same is taken on record.

) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) Perused the Affidavit. It is stated therein that Petitioners have incurred sum of Rs. 6,546/-, out of their own funds and not from any asset / properties of the minor, towards various expenses for minor during the said period. They are regularly maintaining accounts in respect of expenses incurred towards the minor. In Para No. 3 of the said Affidavit, the statement of expenditure of Rs. 6,546/- is shown.

Vide Minutes of Order dated 16.06.2025, Petitioner No. 1 made a statement that as per Clause (c) of the Order dated 24.04.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court, he desires to move before the Hon'ble Court for release of interest on investment for meeting expenses for the minor.

Adjourned to 12.01.2026. Petitioners are directed to remain present with the minor on next date for further compliance of Order passed by the Hon'ble Court.

Office to submit this Order / Report to the Hon'ble Court, in compliance of directions issued by the Hon'ble Court vide Order dated 24.04.2025.
