ORDER :

The Guardianship Petition has been placed for compliance pursuant to the Order dated 24th April, 2025 by which the Guardianship Petition had been disposed of with direction to the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court to furnish details of Fixed Deposits as mentioned in Paragraph 11 of the said order and details of expenditure incurred by the Guardians of the minor child Mrunmayee from 11th April, 2025 to 13th June, 2025. In the operative part of the said Order dated 24th April, by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2025.07.24 18:28:42 +0530 2025, this Court in disposing of the above Guardianship Petition had 1/4
directed that until further orders, the Petitioners and minor child Mrunmayee shall appear before the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court on every second Monday of January and June, every year and report to this Court about the welfare of the child, alongwith Statement of Income and Expenditure with respect to the investments, properties - movable and immovable referred to in Paragraph 11 as well as how the interest portion has been used for minor child Mrunmayee's welfare alongwith supporting documents. The Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court was directed to place a report before this Court in a week thereafter seeking appropriate directions concerning Mrunmayee's welfare. 3.
Mr. Jaydev Trivedi, learned Counsel for the Petitioners has referred to the Order dated 16th June, 2025 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court pursuant to the directions issued by this Court vide Order dated 24th April, 2025. In the said order the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court has recorded that the Guardian No.1 of the minor has furnished details of Fixed Deposit and also the details of expenditure incurred by the Guardians of the minor child from 11th April, 2025 to 13th June, 2025 and the same was returned to Guardian No.1 with direction to file 2/4
the same on oath within two weeks.

Mr. Trivedi has also referred to the subsequent Order dated 30th June, 2025 by which the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court has recorded the compliance of the previous order. The Guardian No.1 has filed the Affidavit dated 30th June, 2025, providing the details of expenditure towards the said minor from 11th April, 2025 till 13th June, 2025.

Mr. Trivedi has stated that in compliance with the direction in the operative part being of the said Order dated 24th April, 2025, the Petitioners and Mrunmayee have been appearing before the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court. 6.
Mr. Trivedi has sought for liberty to take out Application in the disposed of Guardianship Petition seeking relief of reimbursement of the expenditure incurred by the Guardian No.1 for the minor child Mrunmayee and further directions regarding the welfare of the minor child.

Considering that the Petitioners have complied with the directions issued by the said Order dated 24th April, 2025 as noted by 3/4
the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court vide the Orders dated 16th June, 2025 and 30th June, 2025, liberty is granted to the Petitioners to file appropriate Application in the disposed of Guardianship Petition for the aforementioned relief and in the event the same is filed, the Application shall be listed on 6th August, 2025.
