The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the legal heirs of the deceased Sachin Vimalchand Jain includes the Petitioner (wife of the deceased and mother of the said minors) and the mother of the deceased who has share in the property belonging to the Petitioner and the deceased upon the deceased's demise. 2.

In view thereof, the mother of the deceased viz. Shardaben Vimalchand Jain shall file Consent Affidavit giving consent to the appointment of the Petitioner as Guardian of the person and property of the said minors.
