By order dated 16th January, 2026, the parties were referred to mediation of Hon'ble Mr. Justice S. J. Kathawalla (Retired) for resolving the dispute between them.

The Learned Mediator has filed report dated 13th March, 2026 stating that the dispute between the parties have been resolved by agreeing upon modified consent terms, which forms part of the mediation report. The modified consent terms annexed to the Mediator's Report is signed by both the parties and identified by their Advocates. 3.

The modified consent terms annexed to the Mediator's Report is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. 4.

The Trust Petition is disposed of in terms of the modified consent terms signed by the parties on 13th February, 2026, which as observed above is taken on record.
