Heard Ms. Nadar, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

Pursuant to the order dated 09.02.2026 passed separately by this Court in the present Judge's Order which was signed by this Court on 05.02.2025, it is seen that in the said order, it is inadvertently stated that Locker No. 447 is required to be opened. However, the directions which are sought from the Court are to break open the locker and to take inventory of the contents of the locker and thereafter relocate the same into the new locker provided by the bank and keys to be deposited with the office of Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay.

Learned Commissioner who went for taking inventory of the said locker encountered certain difficulties because of the words stated in the Judge's Order which do not record the words "to break open the locker". In view thereof, concerned Bank Manager shall cooperate with the Commissioner for breaking open the locker in accordance with law.

This order shall be read along with order dated 05.02.2025 which is signed separately on 09.02.2026.

Praecipe is allowed and disposed.
