The Judge's Order has been moved for opening a bank locker. It is submitted that the petitioners proceeded on the basis that they were having key to the said locker. But it has now transpired that they are not in possession of the key. Both the petitioners are the residents of U.K. and in that light, the petitioners seek to appropriately amend the Judge's Order.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to move the department in the backdrop of the fact that the key to the locker is not available with the petitioners.
