Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The Judges Order is taken out seeking permission to have inventory of the locker which stood in the name of the deceased with HDFC Bank Limited, Sandoz House, Worli, Mumbai bracnh described at serial No. 4 of the properties in the Schedule of Properties and credits. The petitioners have also prayed for direction to break open the locker as the petitioners are not in possession of the key of the locker.

I have perused the affidavit in support of the Judge's Order. I am satisfied that the directions sought are required to be issued. 4.
