Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.

This Judge's Order is taken out to dispense with the office requisition to justify surety in respect of the 1/9th share of Karishma Pandey, the minor grand-daughter of the deceased.

Perused the affidavits in support of the Judge's Order. 4.

The petitioners have undertaken not to deal with dispose, alienate and/or create any third party interest by sale of the property or credit of the deceased without obtaining prior permission of the Court and if the property is 1/2

20-JOT93-2024.DOC sold, after the minor attains majority, the petitioners would give 1/9th share to Karishma Pandey. They have also undertaken to deposit the transfer deed with the office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master within four weeks from the date of the transfer.

In view of the aforesaid averments in affidavits, I am satisfied that a case is made out for dispensing the office requisition to justify the surety in respect of the share of the minor.
