Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners. 2.

This Judge's Order is taken out seeking permission of the Court to gift the asset of the deceased in respect of which the Letters of Administration have been granted to the Petitioners.

The Petitioners who are the grandson and grand daughter of the deceased, had filed Testamentary Petition for Letters of Administration for property and credits of Joagmine. Letters of Administration were granted by an order dated 7 April 2021.

In pursuance of the Letters of Administration, the subject flat has been transferred in the name of the Petitioners. Now the Petitioners wish to execute a Gift Deed in favour of Pradeep V. Menon, son of Petitioner No.2 and nephew of Petitioner SSP 1/2

Having perused the affidavit in support of the Judge's Order, I am inclined to grant permission to gift the subject property to Pradeep M. Menon. 6.
