The petitioner has taken out this Judge's Order seeking permission to sell the property of the deceased in respect of which the Letters of Administration have been granted to the petitioner by order dated 8th March, 2022.

Perused the affidavit in respect of the Judge's Order. 4.

Mr. Ravindra Sawant, the other heir of the deceased, has filed an affidavit giving consent to the sale of the asset of the deceased. Copy of the draft agreement for sale is annexed to the affidavit. I am satisfied that permission can be granted to the petitioner to sell the subject premises. 5.
