Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

This Judge's Order is taken out seeking permission of the Court to sell the estate of the deceased i.e. Room No.C-7, Plot No.355, RSC-38, Sector-3, Charkop, Kandivali (W), Mumbai - 400 067.

Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Paramjit Singh Karir @ Sohansingh Milkhasingh Karir were granted to the Petitioner by an order dated 13 February 2024. Post grant of the Letters of Administration, the said property has been transferred in the name of the Petitioner. The Petitioner and Inderjeet Kaur @ Inderjit Kaur, another legal heir of the deceased, have decided to sell the said property SSP 1/2

10 jot 111 of 2024.doc to Manish Rajaram Kamble and Rajaram Tukaram Kamble for a consideration of Rs.40 Lakhs. A copy of the draft Agreement for Sale is annexed at Exhibit C. Inderjeet Kaur @ Inderjit Kaur, sister of the deceased, had filed an affidavit giving consent for the sale of the said property without justifying any surety in respect of her share. In the affidavit in support of the Judge's Order, the Petitioner has undertaken to distribute the sale proceeds amongst the legal heirs of the deceased as per law and to file accounts of the sale proceeds with the Office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court within a period of four weeks from the date of the sale of the said property.

In view of the aforesaid affidavits, I am satisfied that permission for sale of the said property can be granted to the Petitioner. 5.
