Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

This Judge's Order is taken out seeking permission of the Court to break open the bank locker No.080450 with the Indian Overseas Bank, Bandra (W), Mumbai, which stands in the name of the deceased. 3.

In the affidavit in support of the Judge's Order, it is affirmed that the Petitioner is unaware of the contents of the locker. The Petitioner does not have the keys of the said locker. The Petitioner has, therefore, prayed for permission to break open the locker in the presence of the Officer in-charge of the bank, an officer of this Court, and an approved valuer, and also to have an inventory of the contents of the said locker. 4.

I am satisfied that the permission to break open the locker can be granted.
