Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

This Judges Order is taken out seeking direction to the Account Officer to handover the fixed deposit receipt for a sum of Rs. 69,11,939/- along with interest accrued thereon. The said amount came to be deposited pursuant to an order dated 10th May, 2012 towards the share of Ms. Pruthvi Shripad Vishwasrao, the then minor legal heir of Shripad Vishwasrao, the deceased, in respect of whose property and credits Letters of Administration were granted by an order dated 22nd June, 2011. 3.

Ms. Pruthvi Shripad Vishwasrao has since attained majority. Perused the copy of the birth certificate and the joint affidavit of the petitioner and Ms. Pruthvi Shripad Vishwasrao. 4.
