Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

This Judge's Order is taken out seeking permission to sell the residential premises No. 11/578, Sardar No. 1, Sion-Koliwada, Mumbai more particularly described at serial No. 1 in the Schedule of Assets.

By an order dated 11th March, 2023, Letters of Administration were granted to the petitioner in respect of the property and credits of Meena Vijay Todkari (the deceased), the mother of the petitioner. On the strength of the said grant of Letters of Administration MHADA has transferred the said premises in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner has entered into an Agreement for Sale of the said flat with Sanjana Sunil Tambe. A copy of the Agreement of Sale is annexed at Exhibit C to the petition.

Pallavi Vasudeo Sathe, another married daughter of the deceased, has given consent for sale of the subject premises. The consideration for which the subject premises is proposed to be sold appears to be optimum.

I am, therefore, inclined to grant permission. 6.
