Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

This Judge's Order is taken out seeking permission to open Lockers bearing Nos.332-A and 2901-A standing in the name of the deceased with Central Bank of India, M.G.Road, Fort, Mumbai. 3.

In the affidavit in support of the Judge's Order, the Petitioners have averred that they have keys of the said lockers. However, they are not aware of the contents thereof.
