Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This Judges Order is taken out seeking permission of the Court to sell the immovable property i.e. 226/1801, Road No. 6, Prahalad Shinde Marg, Near Ganesh Maidan, Motilal Nagar No. 1, Goregaon (w), Mumbai-400 104, which stood in the name of the deceased.

The Letters of Administration have been granted to the petitioners, who are the sons of the deceased. Pursuant thereto the property has been transferred in the name of the petitioners and other heirs by MHADA vide letter dated 13th February, 2024 (Exh.B). Talat Qamaruzzaman Siddique, Shabana Aslam and Parvez Alam Siddique, the consenting heirs, have filed affidavits giving their no objection for the sale of the subject property. It appears that the subject property is proposed to be sold for an optimum consideration.

I do not find any impediment in granting the permission to sale the subject property.
