Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners. 2.
The Judge's Order is taken out seeking permission of the Court to break open the locker No.DA0000350 with Bank of Baroda, Colaba Branch, which stands in the name of the deceased and have inventory of its contents.

I have perused the affidavit in support of the Judge's Order. It is affirmed that locker was being operated by the deceased only. The petitioners do not have the key of the locker. They are unaware of the contents of the locker. The petitioners D.A.ETHAPE
15-JOT-134-2024 (OS).doc have, thus, prayed that permission to break open the locker standing in the name of the deceased in the presence of the Bank Official, Officer of the Court, Petitioners and Advocate for the Petitioners and the Authorised of Valuer. I am satisfied that such permission is necessary.
