This Judge's Order is taken out seeking direction to hand over the fixed deposit with Union Bank of India, Mumbai Samachar Marg Branch, Mumbai, in favour of Nischita Sanjay Rege, the then minor, for whom the said deposit has been made. Nischita has since attained majority. Copy of birth certificate of Nischita is annexed at Exhibit-B. 3.

As the minor for whose benefit the deposit has been made has since attained majority, the Judge's Order is accepted and signed separately.
