Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The Judge's Order is taken out seeking permission of the Court to sell an immovable property i.e. Flat No.102 and Flat No.103 Shri Sai Prasad Co-op. Hsg. Society Ltd., Behind Mamta Building, Off. Achole Road, Nallasopara (East) Dist. Thane, the property of Natarajan Ramamirtham Iyer alias R. Natarajan (the deceased). Letters of Administration to the property and credits to the deceased were granted to the petitioner by an order dated 14th February, 2020. 3.

The petitioner and his brother Rajagopalan Ramamirtham were shown as the surviving legal heirs of the 1/2

11-JOT143-2024.DOC deceased. Rajagopalan Ramamirtham has passed away on 29th Janaury, 2024. The daughters of Rajagopalan, the brother of the petitioner, and one of the heirs of the deceased have filed affidavits giving their consent for the sale of the subject property. In view of the affidavit in support of the Judge's Order and the consent affidavit of the other heirs of the deceased, I am inclined to grant permission to sell the said property.
