The Judge's Order is taken out seeking permission of the Court to sell an immovable property i.e. Flat No.1201, Satsang Tower, Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., the property of Arvind Kumar Vishwanath Joshi (the deceased). 3.

Letters of Administration to the property and credits of the deceased were granted to the petitioner by an order dated 19th May, 2024.

The petitioner and his sister Ruchi Milind Pandit, the daughter of the deceased, were shown as the surviving legal 1/2
