The Judge's Order is taken out to have the inventory of the locker bearing No. 198 at Overseas Bank, Delisle Road Branch, N.M.Joshi Marg, Mumbai which stood in the name of Sakharam Ranuji Waghmare (the deceased).

In the affidavit, it is submitted that the petitioner does not have the key of the locker. Therefore, direction to have the locker broken open and inventory of its contents are required to be issued. 4.

I am satisfied that such directions are necessary. 5.
