Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The Judge's Order is taken out to have the inventory of locker No. 463 maintained by the deceased with Bank of Baroda, Bhulabhai Desai Road, Mumbai - 400 026.

The petitioner seems to be in possession of the key of the locker. I have perused the affidavit in support of the locker. I am satisfied that the inventory of the locker is necessary. 4.
