Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

This Judge's Order is taken out seeking permission of the Court to sell the property i.e. Room No. C-14, Plot No. 531, Charkop

(1) Trushna Co-Op. Housing Society Limited, Sector 5, Charkop, Kandivali (w), Mumbai-67 which stood in the name of Aparna Dilip Patil (the deceased).

The Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Aparna Dilip Patil, the deceased were granted to the petitioner by an order dated 6th March, 2024. Post grant of Letters of Administration, Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority has transferred the subject property in the name of the petitioner. Thereupon, the petitioner and other heirs of the deceased have decided to sell the subject property. A copy of the Vishal Parekar ...1

The other heirs of the deceased namely Haridas Jagannath Patil and Vishnu Jagannath Patil have filed a joint affidavit giving their consent for the sale of the subject property. 5.

I do not find any impediment in granting permission to sale the subject property.
