Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

This Judge's Order is taken out seeking permission to gift the property i.e. Room No.112, Ganesh Darshan Building, Near Ganesh Mandir, Umarkhadi, Chinchbunder, Mumbai400 009, belonging to Vasanti Yashvant Murkar (the deceased).

By an order dated 8th May, 2023 Letters of Administration to the properties and credits of the deceased have granted to the petitioner. Pursuant to the said order, subject property has been transferred by Mumbai Building Repairs and Reconstruction Board in favour of the petitioner. 1/2

The petitioner is the sole surviving legal heir of the deceased. The petitioner desires to gift the property to her brother and niece out of natural love and affection. The petitioner has no issue. It appears that the petitioner is executing the gift out of natural love and affection. The Judge's Order is supported by the affidavit and documents annexed with it.
