The Judge's Order is taken out seeking permission to sale the immovable property i.e. Room No. 189, A-North, Laxmi Cottage, Dr. B.A. Road, Parel, Mumbai -12 belonging to Vinita Ponraj Pillai (the deceased).

The Letters of Administration to the estate of the deceased were granted by an order dated 28th December, 2023. Post grant the property has been transferred in the name of the petitioner by Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority. The petitioner and the heirs of the deceased have decided to sale the subject property. Copy of the Agreement to Sell is annexed to the Vishal Parekar ...1
