Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The petitioner No.1 has taken out this Judge's Order seeking permission for transfer of the property bearing Flat No.563, 6th Floor, Bldg. No.5, Oshiwara Shantivan Co.Op. Hsg. Soc. Ltd., Village Oshiwara, Andheri (W.), Mumbai, belonging to the deceased.

The Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Sakina Begum Mohammed Khalil, (the deceased) were granted D.A.ETHAPE

16-JOT-164-2024 (OS).doc to the petitioner No.2 - Shamim Mohammed Khalil Shaikh, by an order dated 23rd January 2024.

Post grant, the petitioner No.2 Shamim Mohammed Khalil Shaikh and the other heirs of the deceased mentioned at serial Nos.1, 3, 5 and 6 at paragraph No.4 of the Petition, have executed a Release Deed which is annexed to the affidavit in support of the Judge's Order at Exhibit-B.
