Letters of Administration to the properties and credits of Damyanti Zaverchand Gala alias D. J. Gala alias Damyanti Jhaverchand Gala (the deceased), the mother of the petitioners, were granted by order dated 8th April, 2024. 3.

The petitioners propose to sell the property left behind by the deceased. A draft of the Sale Deed is annexed at Exhibit-D to the affidavit in support of Judge's Order. Varsha Nipul Dedhia, the daughter of the deceased, has filed an affidavit giving her consent for the sale of the subject 1/2

19-JOT166-2024.DOC property. I do not find any impediment in granting the permission.
