Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The Judge's Order is taken out to dispense with the office requisition to justify the share of non-consenting heir of the deceased.

Perused the affidavit in support of the Judge's Order. 4.

The petitioner who is a widow of the deceased has undertaken to deposit a sum of Rs. 5,43,708/- within four weeks of the grant of Letters of Administration towards the share of the non-consenting legal heir, namely, Shahida Sikandar Mujawar, the mother of the deceased.

In view of the undertaking to deposit the amount, I am inclined to dispense with the office requisition to justify the surety for the share of the non-consenting heir.
