The Judge's Order is taken out to seek permission to Gift the property in respect of which Letters of Administration were granted by an order dated 23rd February, 2024. 3.

The petitioner wishes to gift the property to his son, out of natural love and affection. Other heirs have filed affidavits giving their consent for the said Gift.
