Judge's Order has been passed on 25.03.2025 for carrying out inventory of locker No.A-GA484, Union Bank of India, Kalbadevi Branch, Kalbadevi Road, Mumbai - 400 002. Mr. Dube, learned Advocate informs the Court that Petitioner has misplaced the keys of the said locker. In that view of the matter, he seeks directions from the Court to the Bank for breaking open the locker and appropriate directions to the concerned Branch Manager of the said Bank to open the locker and carry out the inventory.

In view of the requisition made by the learned Advocate for Petitioner, Judge's Order shall be read alongwith this order. 5.
Bank Manager of Union Bank of India is directed to break open the locker, in the event if the said locker is not open due to misplacement of the keys by the Petitioner. Once the locker is open, appropriate inventory be carried out according to the orders passed in the Judge's Order and this order and the same inventory shall be placed before the Department for further action. 6.
