Learned counsels for the parties have tendered the consent terms dated 25th March 2026 signed by defendant no. 2 and defendant no.3 for herself and on behalf of defendant no.1. Defendant nos. 2 and 3 are the partners of defendant no.1.

The consent terms is signed by the authorized representative of the plaintiff. The authorization of the 1/3
plaintiff's signatory is annexed to the consent terms. The identity documents of the signatories are also annexed to the consent terms. The authorized signatory of the plaintiff is present in the court. Defendant nos. 2 and 3 have joined through video conferencing. The respective advocates identified the signatories.

The consent terms dated 25th March 2026 is taken on record and is marked 'X' with today's date for identification. 4.
The signatories confirmed their signatures on the consent terms and the terms recorded in the consent terms to be true and correct. The assurances and undertakings recorded in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings to this court.

In view of the terms of the consent terms, defendants have no objection for grant of leave under Clause 14 of the Letters Patent. Hence, Leave Petition No. 69 of 2026 is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'a' in view of the consent terms.

The suit is decreed in terms of the consent terms. Drawing up of a formal decree is dispensed with. 2/3

Interim Application No. 388 of 2024 is disposed as infructuous.
