1) Ms. Adhate, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1 to 3, on instructions from Mr. Rohit Rajas, Assistant Engineer of BMC, submitted that, the noticed unauthorised structure of compound wall with bricks and masonry and MS grill is demolished on 29th January 2025 with police protection from Varsova Police Station. She tendered across the bar a report dated 30th January 2025, duly signed by the Designated Officer (B&F), K/W Ward, B.M.C., Mumbai. To the said report, relevant photographs are 1/2
Osk 49-Wp-5-2025.doc annexed indicating that the noticed unauthorised construction of compound wall is demolished and the Order dated 23rd September 2016 is duly implemented.
2) In view thereof, the prayers in the Petition are worked out and the Petition as of today does not survive further. 3) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
