ORDER :

By the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is challenging the impugned Order dated 30th August, 2024 and 1st October, 2024 passed by the Respondent No.2. There is an alternate remedy by way of Appeal which has been adopted by the Petitioner and the grievance expressed in the Petition is that the Revenue Minister of the State is KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV not hearing the Stay Application / Appeal filed by the Petitioner by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2025.02.06 11:40:51 +0530 against the two impugned orders.

Considering that the Petitioner has adopted the appropriate proceeding of Appeal before the Revenue Minister of State, the Revenue Minister is directed to hear the Stay Application / Appeal filed by the Petitioner against the two impugned orders dated 30th August, 2024 and 1st October, 2024, within a period of six weeks from today.

The Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 shall also appear before the Revenue Minister and the Petitioner is at liberty to apply for stay of the impugned orders which shall also be considered by the Revenue Minister.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
