After the matter was heard for some time, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of Respondent No.2 submitted that the Order dated 19th May 2025 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai Division, Mumbai in the Revision Application filed by Respondent 1/3

No.2 be set aside with a direction to the Authority to hear the matter afresh and decide it within a time bound frame.

In these circumstances, the following order is passed: a.

The Order dated 19th May 2025 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai Division Mumbai in Revision Application No.391 of 2024 is hereby quashed and set aside.

b.

The Revision Application is remanded back to the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai Division, Mumbai.

c.

Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai Division, Mumbai shall decide the said Revision Application within a period of eight weeks from today.

d.

Further, in the Revision Application, Respondent No.2 will implead the Petitioner as a party.

e.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter and this Order is passed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.

f.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
