In this Writ Petition, the Petitioners seek a direction to the Respondent-Co-Operative Credit Society Ltd. to pay to the Petitioners an amount of Rs.8,76,000/- alongwith interest at the rate of 9% p.a. on the ground that the same is due and payable to the Petitioners on account of maturity of Fixed Deposit Return.
