The parties have settled their disputes by executing Consent Terms. These are signed by the respective parties and their Advocates.

The parties confirm their signatures, and state that they have voluntarily executed the Consent Terms without coercion or undue influence, and the terms reflect their true intentions.

The Consent Terms tendered are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification with today's date. 4.
I am satisfied that the Consent Terms are in order, not contrary to law and have been drawn by the parties of their own volition in reflection of their true intentions. 5.
The undertakings, if any, in the Consent Terms being accepted as undertakings to the Court.

The Registry is to ensure that the hard copy of the signed Consent Terms is permanently retained on file as part of the record and is not sent for destruction in the ordinary course.

Respondent No.1 is not a party to the Consent Terms, and the execution thereof shall not bind it in any manner merely by reason of its being a party to the Writ Petition. 8.
Writ Petition No.157 of 2025 stands disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms.

Interim Application, if any, stands disposed of in view of the disposal of the Petition.
