Heard Mr. Hemant P. Ghadigaonkar, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Ms. Priyanka Sonawane, learned counsel for the BMC and Mr. Himanshu Takke, learned AGP for the State. 2.

The Petitioner prays for limited relief to direct Respondent Nos.2 to 6 to take an appropriate decision on Petitioner's representation dated 27th December 2022 and in respect of the revised sanctioned plan approved by the Corporation in favour of Lok Priya Co-operative Housing Society Limited concerning the very same plot.

The representation was made on 27th December 2022 and there is no good reason why the same should not have been disposed of by now.

Accordingly, we direct the BMC to dispose of the representation dated 27th December 2022 and the contention about the revised sanctioned plan as expeditiously as possible and in any event within four weeks i.e. by 25th July 2024 and communicate a reasoned decision to the Petitioner.

If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the decision, it is open for the Petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law. 6.
