Mr. More, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that the parties have settled the dispute and entered into the Consent Terms. Both the learned Counsel state that the said Consent Terms have been taken on record in Writ Petition No.13987 of 2023 (A.S.) and Writ Petition No.13988 of 2023 (A.S.) and accordingly, the said Writ Petitions are disposed of by order dated 5th August 2024.

Mr. More, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that in view of the said order dated 5th August 2024, he has instructions to withdraw these Writ Petitions. He states that both the Petitioners are present in Court.
