This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying for the following substantive reliefs : "a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing and setting aside impugned SCN dated 26.9.2023 (Exhibit B) issued by Respondent no.4;

b.

Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing and setting aside impugned Order dated 22.12.2023 (Exhibit-C) issued by Respondent no.5;

c.

Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring Notification No.9/2023-CT dated 31.3.2023 (Exhibit-A) as ultra vires the provisions of the CGST Act being incapable of being issued under Section 168A of the CGST Act"

After the proceedings are heard for some time, Mr.Rastogi seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to the Petitioner to pursue the appellate remedy to which recourse is already taken.
