Parties inform me that pursuant to the order dated 27th January 2026 a fresh application was filed before the Deputy Collector and Competent Authority of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) for deciding ------------------------------------- Order dated 9th March 2026

51-52. WP 343-347.2025 Harshad Kurve - Chndrakal Saudhalkar vs. GRC the eligibility of the Petitioners. It appears that the arguments of the Petitioners have also been concluded on 4th March 2026. Thereafter, the SRA has sought for comments from the developer and the society. 2.

Ms. Aarushi Yadav, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Respondent - SRA states that if in case the response of the developer and the society oppose the reliefs sought by the Petitioners, they will have a further hearing in the matter where they will hear the society and/or the developer and they will give notice to the Petitioners and furnish a copy of the objection taken by the society and/or the developer to the Petitioners before hearing them. She states that only thereafter, the SRA will pass the final order in the matter regarding the eligibility of the Petitioners. 3.

As and by way of a last chance, this order shall be passed on or before 30th March 2026 by the SRA.
