By an order dated 9th March 2026, this Court had noted that a fresh application was filed by the Petitioner before the Deputy Collector and Competent Authority of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) for deciding his eligibility.

Today, Ms. Arushi Yadav, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Respondent no. 3 - SRA tenders a copy of the order dated 9th April 2026 passed by the SRA on the Petitioner's Application. The copy of the order dated 9th April 2026 has been taken on record and marked-'X' for identification. A perusal of this order reveals that the Petitioner's eligibility has been favourably considered by the SRA and the Petitioner has been held ------------------------------------- Order dated 10th April 2026
