These three Writ Petitions have been filed impugning an order dated 2nd July 2024 passed by the Grievance Redressal Committee rejecting the Application made by the Petitioners therein. 2.

Mr. Navin Singh, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Petitioners, on instructions of his client Mr. Chandrashekhar Sakharam Kurve, who is present in Court today, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition No. 346 of 2025. Leave is granted and accordingly, Writ Petition No. 346 of 2025 is disposed of as withdrawn with no order as to costs. 3.

Insofar as the remaining two Writ Petitions are concerned, by consent of parties, the following order is passed : :: ORDER ::

(i) Both parties shall make a fresh Application before the Deputy Collector and the Competent Authority of the SRA on or before 4th February 2026 for deciding their eligibility. It is clarified that they may

annex documents in support of such an Application which may not have been annexed to their earlier Applications.

(ii) The concerned Authority shall hear and decide these two Applications and pass necessary orders thereon, on or before 5th March 2026.

(iii) Till then, the order dated 2nd July 2024 insofar as it pertains to the respective Petitioners in Writ Petition No. 343 of 2025 and Writ Petition No. 347 of 2025 is kept in abeyance.
