By an order dated 9th March 2026, this Court had noted that a fresh application was filed by the Petitioner before the Deputy Collector and Competent Authority of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) for deciding his eligibility.

Today, Ms. Arushi Yadav, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Respondent no. 3 - SRA, tenders a copy of the order dated 9th April 2026 passed by the SRA on the Petitioner's Application. The copy of the order dated 9th April 2026 has been taken on record and marked-'X' for identification. A perusal of this order reveals that the Petitioner has been held to be ineligible.
