Heard the learned counsel for the parties. They pray jointly that the time that was granted to the Special Recovery Officer to decide the petitioner's claim within a period of four weeks from its institution be further extended till 15th April 2025 so as to enable the Special Recovery Officer to adjudicate the claim.

Accordingly, in para 5(ii) of the order dated 14th January 2025, which provides for a time of four weeks for the Special Recovery Officer to adjudicate the claim, stands extended till 15th April 2025 to undertake the same.
