By this petition, Petitioner challenges the Order dated 26 June 2023 by which Petitioner's flat is attached for recovery of amount due from Matoshree Infrastructure Private Ltd. in which her husband, Shirish Gunwant Sawant is a Managing Director. According to the Petitioner, she is not connected in any manner with Matoshree Infrastructure Private Ltd. against whom MahaRera has passed Order

Till the next date of hearing, the Tehsildar shall not take any steps for sale of Flat No.204-B of the Petitioner in pursuance of Attachment Order dated 26 June 2023 or to dispossess the Petitioner from the said flat.
