1.
Learned Advocate on behalf of the State confirms that the entire amount payable under the RERA order dated February 23, 2021, which forms the subject matter of the execution under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, leading to the attachment impugned in this Writ Petition, has been paid by the Developer-Company and therefore no attachment for execution of the same would be necessary.

In these circumstances, the attachment of the Petitioner's property towards execution of the aforesaid order would no longer be necessary and therefore would not survive.
3.
The Petition is therefore disposed of as having become infructuous, since it is confirmed by the Learned Advocate for the State that no attachment would be effected and the Petitioner's property would now be unencumbered without any implications in the execution of the aforesaid RERA order. It is also confirmed that the amount has been received and also paid over to the beneficiary of the RERA Order; therefore, no cause to continue any attachment of the Petitioner's property would survive. 4.
The aforesaid statement is taken on record as an undertaking given to the Court.
5.
The Petition and the Interim Application are finally disposed of. 6.
