Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Mr Sharma, learned Counsel for the Respondent on instructions states that the amounts due have been refunded to the Petitioner. However, the interest component of Rs.13,99,448/- remains to be paid.

On instructions, Mr Sharma states that even this amount would be paid to the Petitioner within a maximum period of four weeks.

Mr Joshi learned Counsel for the Petitioner also confirms that the above amount of Rs.13,99,448/- is due and payable by the revenue to the Petitioner.

Accordingly, by accepting Mr Sharma's statement and directing the Respondent to act consistent with the same, we dispose of this Petition.
