P.C.:- 1) Mr. Patil, learned Advocate for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on instructions submitted that, as the Respondent No.3 did not comply with the necessary legal formalities including payment of the transit rent to the Petitioners, the competent Authority of Respondent No.2 has decided to issue notice under Section 13(2) of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority Act to it, for its termination.

2) The competent Authority of Respondent No.2 is directed to file its reply to the Petition within a period of three week from today. 3) Stand over to 29th April, 2025.
