3) After hearing the learned Advocate for the Petitioners we opined that, there is no urgency for taking up the matter for hearing. 3.1) Learned Advocate for the Petitioners submitted that, the Petitioners are without rent for last several years. Therefore according to us, for a few days more for listing the Petition on board is not unjustifiable. We accordingly direct to list the Petition on board for admission in the second week of July, 2025.

5) Petitioners and/or their Advocate shall not circulate the Petition before returnable date.
