1) At the outset, it be noted here that, the present Petition is not maintainable, as the reliefs sought herein are against the private individuals. However, Mr. Cyrus Ardeshir, learned Senior Advocate appearing for Respondent No.1 on instructions fairly submitted that, the Petitioners will be provided with all the necessary benefits, as are being provided to the other slum dwellers / residents of the proposed cluster redevelopment undertaken by the Respondent Nos.1 & 2. The said statement is accepted. 2) In view thereof, nothing further survives in the Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
